When you register with Hapyn®, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name and email address. We will store your personal information, but will not share it with any third parties, except as necessary to operate the Service. For example, we may store your personal information on a third-party server. We use your personal information to personalize the Service for you and your interests, to send you notifications, to respond to support requests, and to send you newsletters and advertisements from our sponsors.
Changing Your Information

We will also aggregate user information and perform statistical analyses of the collective behavior of our members and visitors, to measure overall demographics, and to analyze how to improve the Service. We may share this information with third parties (such as Google Analytics), but such aggregate information does not contain personal information other than IP addresses. In addition, we may compile and disclose aggregate information about our users for promotional or other purposes.
Children
Hapyn® is intended for use by adults. You must be thirteen years of age or older to use it. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Cookies
We use login cookies, session cookies, and persistent cookies. Cookies help us determine how long users view particular content; which particular content users view; which content or sites users link to; and which services members and visitors use. Persistent cookies are used if you choose to enable the auto-login feature. These cookies are randomly generated and uniquely assigned to each user. Session cookies help us keep track of when a person is logged in. Once a user is logged in, session cookies allow us to personalize information for them.

You agree that such amended Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) days after being posted, and your continued use of the Service after that time shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
